Abdel Sellou is a French-Algerian caregiver, author, and speaker. He is best known for his memoir, "You Changed My Life," which details his experiences as a caregiver for Philippe Pozzo di Borgo, a wealthy quadriplegic who went on to become Abdel's close friend and business partner. Sellou's memoir was later adapted into the award-winning film, "The Intouchables," which was a box office hit in France and around the world. In addition to his writing and speaking, Sellou is also an advocate for disability rights and works with organizations to improve the lives of people with disabilities.
